The published phone numbers are (931) 232-7042 and (931) 232-8474. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a noon to 1:00 p.m. lunch closure.

  • Chancery or probate: contact Clerk and Master April J. Turner at (931) 232-5665.
  • Juvenile routing: call the General Sessions/Juvenile contact at (931) 232-6322; access limits may apply.
  • Dover City Court: call (931) 232-5907 for city citations and the municipal schedule.
  • Cumberland City: call (931) 827-2000 for its municipal ticket and record process.
  • Tennessee Ridge: call city hall at (931) 721-3385 and identify the issuing county.

Ask for an existing docket sheet, index, order, judgment, or calendar entry. Include the court, case type, date range, party name, and docket number.
